Requirements 

​

To be included in the ACCESS Contract Matching program, firms must: 

​

• Be at least 51% owned and controlled by an ethnic minority member and/or woman

​

• Active minority-owned or woman-owned business certification through state, regional or national organizations​

​

• The firm must demonstrate it is an active business and generally, the business must be in operation for at least one year.

​

• Experience working in a contracting role either as the prime contractor or Tier 2 and below

​

• Experience responding to requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, and contract opportunities

​
